Feature - geo verification
EPRlog Geo-locked collection proof

Geo-locked at the source.

Every record carries the exact GPS coordinate and timestamp of the kiosk where it happened. A collection cannot be faked, moved or double-counted - the location proves itself.

How it works

Three steps. Zero effort.

1

Scan at the kiosk

The kiosk QR only resolves at the kiosk. Scanning it locks the record to that physical location.

2

Stamp the fix

GPS coordinate and timestamp are captured in the same instant as the photo - one atomic record.

3

Prove it later

The auditor sees where and when every kilo was collected, on a map, with the photo to match.

Why it matters

What this buys you.

No phantom loads

A record logged in a parking lot is visibly not a record logged at your kiosk.

No double counting

Location + time + photo hash make the same load impossible to claim twice.

Audit in minutes

Every claim maps to a dot on the network map with its full evidence chain.

Common questions

Straight answers.

What exactly is stored with each collection?

The kiosk identity, the GPS coordinate, the timestamp, the photo, the material and weight, and a cryptographic signature binding them together.

Can GPS be spoofed?

The record binds the kiosk QR, the device fix and the photo in one signed capture - inconsistencies between them are flagged for review in the staging vault.

Does this satisfy chain-of-custody requirements?

Yes - location, time, photo and signature per record is exactly the chain-of-custody evidence Section 18 and equivalent regimes ask for.

Own the proof.

Put evidence nobody can argue with behind every kilo you touch.
