Feature - undeniable signatures
EPRlog Tamper-evident signatures

Undeniable signatures.

Each entry is cryptographically signed and hashed into an append-only ledger. Nothing can be altered after the fact - tamper-evident by design, exactly what an auditor demands.

How it works

Three steps. Zero effort.

1

Sign at capture

The record is signed on the device the moment it is captured - location, time, photo and weight sealed together.

2

Chain the hash

Each record hash links to the previous one in an append-only ledger. Changing history breaks the chain visibly.

3

Hand the auditor proof

Any record - or the whole quarter - verifies in one pass. Tampering is not hidden; it is mathematically loud.

Why it matters

What this buys you.

No back-office edits

Numbers cannot be quietly massaged after the field logged them.

Disputes end fast

A verified chain beats a shouting match over whose spreadsheet is right.

Regulator-grade

Append-only, signed, verifiable - the standard auditors already trust.

Common questions

Straight answers.

What does tamper-evident mean in practice?

Every record is hashed and chained to the one before it. If any historical record is altered, every later hash stops matching - the tampering is immediately visible.

Who holds the signing keys?

Signatures happen on-device at capture; the ledger accepts only correctly signed records. No one - including EPRlog - can rewrite history silently.

Can the auditor verify independently?

Yes. The exported report carries the hashes needed to re-verify the chain for every record it references.

Own the proof.

Put evidence nobody can argue with behind every kilo you touch.
